We should be getting close to a significant announcement from Weebit to confirm progress on the SkyWater project. Weebit has generally delivered either on time or early against prior forecasts, so we can expect to see something soon regarding the Tape-out of the SoC to SkyWater.
Here is what the company said at the beginning of May:
Assuming mid-year is around 30 June, there aren't very many trading days remaining to get set.
- Weebit’s transfer of its embedded ReRAM technology to SkyWater’s US production fab is on track with the first demo ReRAM chips expected to tape-out by mid-year.
