At the moment very little unless someone else has some information.
What we do know is this.
1) WBT is made with SiOx on on industry standard equipment in existing fabs
2) They and Leti own the patents for ReRam produced on SiOx so unless TMSC is planning to have a patent battle(always possible as David/WBT would need to take Goliath/TMSC to court) their ReRam is something else which appears a secret atm.
3)As per ASX Announcement of 27/8/2020
"Weebit Nano & Leti file patent for multi-level programming." This means 1bit of WBT ReRam can store up to 8bits IIRC. So TMSC needs to produce 8bits to WBT's 1bit.
I am 100% certain that Coby's confidence stems in large part from the above 3 points. WBT via patents basically owns ReRam IMO from a cost per bit perspective.
