If you remember earlier, WBT has patents mentioned lately related to some of their milestone things, the selector, the crossbar stack, the manufacturing procedure........
Some of those patent documents were published recently.
If you have a look at the time line of these work, non of them were recently starting work pieces. These projects were commerced a few years ago. It is only the great team effects/connections that WBT has got in house, these research outcomes now become the company properties.

So just assume we are back to 2 years ago now, pretending that Coby is telling us some of these things are the aims they are trying on the way, and of course he could not have made any promise that this would be successful back then.
For an investor, you can choose to believe them or you can also not believe them, as not every comapny will make things happen.
So now, as the results turned out, if one has chosen to not believe our team, that is a very bad call.
The same sort of patterns have been shown many times with this company. When they say something is their aim to achieve, that is not just an empty idea, that must be something standing on substantial progressed work already and yet to be eventuated in the near future.
