So no reason reram can't use every trick available to flash to stack and scale quickly. We have a much smaller number of layers compared to flash, can scale under 40nm and can address in and out of cell below byte level and do multibit. All in hard rad capable and suitable in high power environments like automotive. Production costs at scale is likely to be cheaper as well.
