Mate try not to nitpick at sentence structure, you'll give yourself a headache.
This company should be many multiples of its current market cap, but obviously they still have many hurdles to achieving this. Once qualification is complete, commercial agreements are signed, fabrications are expanded and cash flows are regular, the market cap will reflect that. Current price is a reflection of the risk at present and the broader market environment.
