Weebit - 2022 and beyond, page-1990

I had an interesting conversation with a friend of mine a few days ago who said he was liking the WBT story and was thinking of buying some shares in the company but thought it was still a bit too risky. I said a bit too risky? I frankly see very little risk in WBT becoming a major player in the memory space. A fab has just spent a year successfully transferring WBT's tech to its facility (foregoing a year of revenue at a time when there was a world shortage of semi-conductor chips) in order to commence mass production as soon as the qualification process is complete early next year. Initial qualification results already being conducted separately by WBT's world famous development partner CEA-Leti already show excellent results and according to WBT's management ... they expect a second major fab will sign up with WBT prior to the end of the year. Now you can wait till the next major announcement lands and pay way more for them ... or you can look at the odds of success and decide they look super attractive and buy the shares now at a huge discount. I reminded him that Israeli institution's approached the company in November last year and asked to buy $25M worth of shares @ $2.84 and have held those shares ever since even though the share price is currently barely above $2. Now if that isn't a vote of confidence in the company I don't know what is.

This morning the friend rang me to say after a lot of research ... he took the plunge and bought a bunch of shares. I suggested he made a smart choice as I can't see a more attractive share to buy on the ASX than WBT at current prices. When the buying starts in earnest, the SP will fly up quickly as there is just such limited supply on the sell side. WBT will become a market darling soon enough. For many of us ... this will be a life changing stock.
