its all F#$%ked up here, I am on the phone to computershare now and they are escalating my issue.
not sure what options I paid for , they sent me wrong forms for my partner and I.
I think the forms sent were for the old options which I never held !! But they not telling me what the issue is just that there is an issue that needs to be escalated.
Waiting to find out but I suggest anyone that paid recently via BPAY check the date of conversion !!
