They can't say they haven't had it coming, with all the blatant tech theft and legally forced tech transfers over the last 30 years. I suspect this will start a few balls rolling. A bit of a shake up if you will. For us WBTers it may well be good in two ways. First our major partner is US based, check. Second, WBT is israeli and not affected by this law, so may make chinese fabs a bit more agreeable to certain terms, check. Good good!
