This week Biden made every US citizen working for Chinese semiconductors make a choice, stop working for them or lose US citizenship.
So this week there has been mass resignations at Chinese chip companies and some halting production completely. This alone is the biggest sanction against them, all other previously are nothing in comparison.
We are under no sanctions, there is lots of fabs outside of china to work with in the future and even in China now.
