Yes, TSMC ReRam is being used in the iPhone 14 as confirmed multiple times. Coby at pains to emphasise that this is NOT a competitive situation as TSMC will be just as happy having Weebit ReRam on the shelf to sell as they would be their own.
The analogy he used was that a supermarket will sell a home brand product alongside a third-party product.
