The next round of qualification at leti will be telling.
Going on previous announcements on performance i expect the metrics will be substantially higher than the initial qualification.
I'm sure that if TSMC had qualified their ReRam at higher temperatures etc then it would be quoted.
Coby would have seen more details than what is in that table and was commenting on performance.
I'll certainly take what he said at face value.
It will be interesting to see how far WBT take it.
10 years at 170 degrees and 100k endurance etc?
I expect they'll want to start things off with a bang.
