My guess is tape out with Global foundries at 22nm end CY 2022 which like suggested above would trigger an announcement to market.
End of FY 22/23 my bet is on Samsung partnership to get to 16nm or 12nm. I am unsure if that will immediately mean it will be getting in a fab as CH wording on that never mentions a fab with that T1.
But again all just guesses until the hammer drops.
My guess is tape out with Global foundries at 22nm end CY 2022...
