He specifically mentions tape out at 22nm before the end of CY 2022 so we must assume they are pretty much done. That part is not really guessing but who we tape out is and is really only a guestimate on a lot of previously mentioned links.
I agree scaling to smaller geometries (16 &12) will take a lot longer that's why my assumption is a partnership with a T1 to push that forward, CH specifically says working with a T1 at lower geometries, but never mentions a fab so that is where I am going with that.
Ch also has said they have seen nothing as yet that will limit their future scaling.
