I managed to find the details of the licensing agreement between Rice University and Weebit. This is from the prospectus way back in 2016. Not sure if the agreement has been updated since then. I don't understand the difference between clause (b) i and ii, but since CH has mentioned on occasions that the commercialization model will involve licensing the tech to fabs and customers, I'm guessing that 25% of any revenue will go straight to Rice University. Weebit also has to start paying Rice University $500,000 per annum starting next year, I would assume based on clause c (v)
