we had a lot of discussion in regards to implementation of Reram in the Iphone 14 .
It seems now thst Infineon are replacing 28Nm flash in their Automotive mcu's with 28nm TSMC product rolling out late 23 !!!!! has there much discussion regarding this have not seen it on the threads but definitely ties in with automotive qualification buzz for WBt tech of late .interestingly though they are only quoting speeds and endurance comparable to flash ??? (reflects WbT results relesed to market )
Ive a feeling WBT offering is going to blow the current Tsmc Rram away.
