Maybe flick an email to Eric at Market Eye / investor relations for Weebit to get advice rather than Coby .

I had a problem with Interactive Brokers because they use an agent that receives the conversion forms and they do it for you but you have to submit a request through their client portal .
Don't know if your situation is similar .
