Accumulation is the name of the game imo because no SALE last forever. The phrase "never to be repeated prices" comes to mind. The current SALE will end with the next announcement and it can come at any time. BRN languished for a long time in the 40c - 60c range before suddenly blasting off to where it is today. Those not filled up on WBT now will wish they had when WBT's SP graph begins to resemble BRN's hockey stick. Shakespeare probably had WBT in mind when he wrote the following:
