Based off the fact EX CEO of 10 years at Tower is working at Weebit now - Same as Ex VP of Sales from Tower is also working at WBT. They'd definitely have open lines of communication.
GlobalFoundries has been getting a lot of attention on Cobys Linkedin - similar behaviour to what was happening prior to Skywater Deal. There is also another link here if you'd bothered to have done your research you'd understand.
SK hynnix is a tier 2 fab plant based out of South Korea - Coby had alluded that we were in advanced discussions with people from all over inclusive of Asia - Also has been alluded that we are targetting tier 2's until we have more "negotiating chips to enter tier 1 domain".
