From the very same announcement you got that from you will note that is the quarter they pay for all the research costs with CEA LETI, and you also failed to note (On purpose clearly) that those research costs of 11m are 50% subsidised by the French government so in the following quarters you will see a reimbursement around 5.5m.

Please don't just make up unsubstantiated stuff like this is their quarterly burn rate when you know it is not the case but it sure suits your SHORTING narrative.
