It seems to me that your comment regarding an accumulation strategy explains the current share price machinations. As I have previously posted, we can see bots walking the sp down into the arms of waiting buy orders. The latter seem to be the accumulators and they would benefit greatly if/when the bots manage to cause stop-loss sell orders to trigger.
With all this going on, it is a little surprising we haven't yet seen an accumulator needing to declare a substantial holding.
I continue to hold very tightly to my WBT shares and I would certainly buy more if I had available funds.
