I think you worry too much.Dadi stated in an interview that if a take over offer comes along they will have to consider it on behalf of shareholders but it's not something they are inviting or aiming for ... because his and the Board's aim is "to turn WBT into a BIG company." ... and I have no doubt they are well on their way to achieving their objective. Besides ... if a take over offer came along it could well result in a bidding war that would skyrocket the share price well beyond your estimated 100 - 200% premium. Because there are so few shares on issue ... I think if Dadi and Coby recommended shareholders reject on offer ... it would be.
