Just another thought that with the Ukraine crisis and now Russia asking China for military hardware help, I think that this will bring greater emphasis for the US to produce more efficient hardware with greater accuracy that is a lot quicker than what is in use. With looking at the various defence systems and strategic attack systems there is a definite lag between detection and execution systems and that is a result of the amount of data that needs to be processed in such a short time span.
Just my opinion.
