Sounds like timeline has moved bit to the right. Previously as per CH, mass production by end of this year is now next year, with expected qualification beginning of next year. No wonder they put a note wrt COVID delay. hmmmm.

What ever the time line is or technology advancement happens, only a commercial deal or second Fab will move WBT to next level. Hopefully it happens this year.
