Hi all WBTers-- just for fun/interests sake - a' What if ' and do hope the chart shows up in a readable manner.
Also I have put in the outstanding WBTOAs at this stage - however they should in fact not be recorded as they may 'not all ' be all exercised for many reasons.
---Owner deceased- forgot- not going to exercise- disputes (family). etc. etc.---
When all becomes fact I will adjust the chart. All other options will not be shown for many reasons - 1 in particular as regards employees who may leave WBT's employ and due to the 'terms of issue' may not be able to be' taken up'. Also the 'Terms and Conditions' on other options are not known.
In general I believe 'options' should not be taken into play. As the name suggests ' Options'
Not sure of the following -- how ever I have seen the comment- 'Unicorn Status' on a few Coys in my research travels.
