I have zero doubt Yoav had to sell his shares for his own business reasons. Given their own sizeable holdings, do you think Coby and Dadi would be happy to see the price drop the way it has over the past two days? Yoav did the right thing by ensuring it was an off-market transfer. The fact that the transfer went thru at $6.57 and the SP is currently ranging in the $5.80's thanks to the market's overreaction to the news is imo a golden final opportunity to acquire more at bargain basement prices prior to the all important qualification news dropping.
