I don't think there was any deviation from promise made by the management. The 5000 hours of qualification of 130nM will be completed by next week (could be Monday??) as stated by Coby in October last year and I predict the slide below (which was taken out from WBT presentation YouTube last week) was prepared to deliver this message a bit in advance.
Tighten your seatbelt and get ready for ride next week. The management has delivered all its past promise in time and I do not doubt their will be any deviation . The share registry is getting tighter and tighter everyday with volume declining. About 6M shares have changed hands this week and I don't think those shares will be in market any time soon.
