@Singhg51
released on qualification to a ready Skywater customer base who will in all likely hood have been testing the reram module in their ASIC /SoC application is a bird in the hand worth many multiples of birds in the bush that will form those initial customer agreements.....and applied across the product categories that Skywater deal in....Rad hard / IoT / automotive / aerospace and defense.....etc demonstrates multiple bushes =$$$$$$
Skywater themselves are Microcontroller specialists to the 'onshore' US industry and will surely be eyeing off the partner development work weebit continue to work toward in the AI cim potential for reram application / market capture
the weebit product has been focused on chip development / commercialisation with Skywtr and 22nm process node scaling
via foundry request - yet the brilliance of the expertise within the BoD here also recognise the application advantage or reram into the AI memory in processor and the market capture possible.....
the advantages in the space are highlighted in the table above......its a no brainer yet again
development work at CEA ( with Ilan Sever and Amir R etc etc ) removing the reliability issues that were related to device variability (sneak path current drift and bit flip caused by unregulated voltage surge - also lead to irregular write path) AND utilising switching capability delivering individual cell access/write and storage across the array - ( that's the relevance of the recent patent publications) increases endurance capability, latency multi bit cell capacity AND utilises ultra low power energy saving.
Skywater and its customers will be frothing to get this into volume manufacture.
any area you care to name these guys are addressing it in parallel with the first customer transaction we all wait patiently to drop.
patience is all you need as these guys do all the hard work
weebit for the win
