Apologies. i am confused.
I understood conventional transistors will not be efiiciwnt with reram and so we appointed letti to develop a selector.
letti did do that and last year the ovonic threshold was / Is proving successful and should improve density both in embedded and discreet.
I have recently read your copies / summary on patents with the new transistor.
Is this a crossbar array that they have patented / developed but I trust that would not be considered for kbit storage as the stand alone 28-22nm can more than
satisfy those densities.
