Fair enough comment but there may well be a range of temperature requirements for various automotive applications depending on exposure to heat in each case. Examples might be proximity to the engine or exhaust system. Or maybe potential exposure to sunlight in the case of certain sensors. There may also be situations where a component is potentially exposed to extreme heat and extreme cold at different times.
Therefore, it might be the case that Weebit’s ReRAM is qualified for some or maybe most automotive applications but not all. Let’s wait for a more definitive announcement.
In the meantime, all the news has been very positive and I think the only way is up.
