“When we talk to automotive customers, they prefer ReRAMs over MRAMs,” Keim said. “The arguments we hear are temperature stability and concern about magnetic fields in the automotive environment impacting the data stored in the MRAM. For the former, there are now MRAM types that do have the temperature stability required for the automotive market (-40C to +150C)."
