Yup 100%, when this came out in 4C in the last but one page, I understood that GF is just trying out the tech by investing in a production line that's loosing money also CEA LETI did not make a full SOC at 22nm scale yet. Hence with GF we are just a tool that can stowed away of not required. That's why I still feel that T1 that CH is talking about is not GF
