It's share price spiked to $2.34 on news it was being used in the Mercedes Benz EQXX concept car. Then declined without follow up announcements and was most likely overpriced. Whilst it was a wild ride at the time many LTH's held rather than taking profit and probably like me, regret not banking at the time and that it happened at all. Put us into the ASX200 and then the shorting and manipulation really started. It put a target on us and will be glad when we are out again this weekend.
Similar thing has happened with IMU.
Without steady and predictable revenue any Company becomes rich pickings as many of the very insto's who buy in will then loan out to shorter's for a fee and make gravy when the stock price has been depressed. They also employ maggots to troll threads like these, spreading FUD. It's their game. I think they start playing and experimenting when you get into the ASX300, but then really go to town when you get kicked up to the ASX200.
I am only recently in WBT for a dabble but am seeing a similar pattern.
I hope not as I think it's a really destructive phenomena.
