One senses that careerists, crawlers, frauds, self-promoters-the bureaucratic termites who often make it to the top of an organisation with middle management abilities- would be gently shown the door or not get past the welcome mat under the leadership of CH.
In my unspectacular career, every time I heard the word 'team' I reached for my revolver. I suspect not so with CH. What a privilege it must be to work with this man.
