I'm not sure you need the market cap, Incannex is transferring totally from ASX to NASDAQ, mkt cap has slumped to around $100m, & totally transferring has been a nightmare for shareholders, so I agree, a dual listing would be great, but they'd need liquidity over there for interest, so they'd need to do a cap raise I reckon
