Maybe
*some deal to part finance an actual product to market that establishes credibility
*finance earlier development of the selector through qualification
I think they don't need the NASDAQ or any other SE just yet.
ADRs might be a cheaper way to boost the share price to be ready for such a move when they need more capital.
