Yeah people here get way too concerned over share prices. I think everyone would benefit from investing in private markets where shares are not actively traded as it really helps with understanding just how irrelevant the share price is as a metric. The only thing that investors should be concerned about (unless they're planning on selling soon) is the company. If there's no intention to sell soon, the share price is not relevant at all. I almost wonder if it would be beneficial for markets to only open for a brief amount of time (perhaps 20 mins at the start of the day, 10 mins in the middle of the day and 20 mins at the end of the day)... nah brokers and the tax man make too much money from frequent traders lol
