You can add Taiwan they do not celebrate Christmas, home of worlds largest foundry TSMC.
Japan do not celebrate Christmas with public holidays,
South Korea & India all have foundrys and no public holidays for Christmas. I will leave out China.
So those that thought that the industry winds down for Christmas. Most of the largest Fabs do not take a brake.
