Coby clearly states in his response to my question that GF already has had this technology for years. Thus I conclude they were making sure no other Fab could get access making their competitive position stronger. Probably a knee jerk reaction to all the ReRam demand building and they felt they wanted a product which only they could offer. Hopefully their potential customers will be saying....no we're fine thanks we like ReRam which is going to be available very soon.
