Everspin is overvalued as Mram will be given the boot now that ReRam is qualified with less masks, has a simpler and cheaper manufacturing process that can be applied to existing fabs as opposed to speciality fabs, and data retention that is not compromised in magnetic environments as can happen to Mram.
