Hi Amfas .............FEAR can also be - 2 acronyms standing for (and these 2 mind sets we all experience from time to time). More often than not we worry about 80%+ of the things that never come to be, it is a challenge to focus on the 20%. My 82 years experience (minus say 4/5 -those toddler ones) has taught me a lot, and something that you cannot get at a Uni ?

Once -tens of years ago-I did seminars where I would show just how ' REAL ' false - fantasised ' things can be. Very powerful, love to do it again -- but age is a leveller ?
