“Yes, the raise was planned over time. There are too many details, but the bottom line is that we managed to raise money in a very tough market, we had leading brokers drive it, we had institutions from Australia, Israel and other places join, and we got $45M at a share price that only a few months ago would have seemed like a dream.
Weebit has so much to do now and we are VERY focused on getting the business going!
