Customers will only get serious about using the tech once it's been qualified in the fab which is due the first half of 2023 for 130nm. It will then take at least a year for any customer to evaluate and integrate the tech. It's unlikely that there will be any customer signings or mass production until 2024 for 130nm and 2025 for 22nm.
I'm sure in the meantime though there will be some nothing-burger announcements to pump the price. E.g. we have a selector for embedded...but it's still under development?!?
