On 6/04/2022 they announced the successful completion of functional testing, which was the step between receiving the wafers and starting qualification. In the announcement they said the wafers were received in December and were then sliced and packaged before functional testing began.
Should we be expecting the same in the next 4-6 weeks with the wafers from skywater before qualification?
