Based on the time taken to qualify chips at Leti and Skywater, I would think that we will be hearing Global Foudries news very soon. Qualification at 22nm, at lower cost than Mram, will put Weebit in very good company for embedded memory SOC. I would also think that qualification at 22nm would be a significant requirement prior to a possible across architecture agreement.
