I wouldn't discount EFabless shortening that timeframe significantly.
Presumably the financial obligations of potential customers through the EFabless deal will start coming through and give us an early sign of possible take-up of the tech.
That should get the ball rolling a lot earlier than traditional timelines anticipate.
