That is all correct Waiks and it may be worth emphasising that the production of a working SoC on Global Foundry's 22nm node makes it evident that technology transfer of ReRAM from Weebit to Global Foundries has been completed.
It would now be nice to know if that process produced a sufficient volume of wafers to enable qualification at GF 22nm to proceed. Possibly the first thing we will hear in due course is an announcement of a formal agreement between Weebit and GF. That milestone will confirm that GF is sufficiently confident in Weebit's ReRAM to finalise a major licence and royalty arrangement. If qualification is already in progress, we may not need to wait very long to find out.
