HI fligh.................... My question/understanding -been bugging me for some time.
When signing a Tier1..................... my belief is the clients of that Tier1 would be kept confidential to start (?).
I cannot see Tier1s announcing that 'so and so' is going to use WBTs chip?
I would also expect that 'Tier1's clients' would not want the world to know what their clients are up to --- in the beginning !
Just my opinion.. and view of things.
