You can lock it in that exactly what will happen - there will be no major household names announcements before September rebalance follow the money they always know
With 59 trading days before rebalance even if starting tomorrow they would have to purchase back atleast 250.000 shares per day - everyday to cover the 15 million shorts outstanding .
The shorters have not flinched they will be allowed to cover in the September rebalance
