but you're assuming that if nothing is announced in the next 59 days then you're correct.
that is not the case, its just the fact that these agreements take a lot longer than we have anticipated and the people/funds who are shorting also realise this and are happy to sit for now.
they are making a judgement that nothing will be announced in the immediate future which is rational, it doesn't imply that the shorters and WBT are working together
i dislike them as much as anyone else but like someone else said the other day with all new growth stocks that go through a period of no revenue it appears to be par for the course
