I have just had a read through the company’s security trading policy on their website and as such cannot find where directors are prohibited from lending out their shares accordingly , if I have misread this feel free to point it out and I will stand corrected and will request this post to be removed .
The amount of money involved with the outstanding shorts is staggering both the investment ,potential return per annum for the lending of your shares and downside and upside risk especially where there is such minimal volume on the bid /ask each day
